Messages and opening updates
The museum stores the information you submit through its forms: your email address, optional name, message or record reference, and consent. Opening-update requests are kept separately from general enquiries. They are not displayed publicly.
We use enquiries to respond and improve collection records. Opening-update addresses are used for opening and visiting information. To correct or remove a submission, send a request through the contact form using the same email address.
Form submissions are stored on the museum’s host. Operational web-server logs may record connection information. This edition does not add advertising trackers.
External services
Map links open an external map provider. Source links open other organizations’ websites. Their privacy practices apply when you follow those links.
Access to the content
Navigation works with a keyboard. The software pages provide written descriptions of demonstrations, and film excerpts include transcripts and captions where available. Videos have playback controls and do not start automatically.
If a page or demonstration is difficult to use, please tell us which page and what you need. Physical access information for the museum will be published before opening.
